Role: SAP VIM Consultant (Discovery & Cloud Migration Planning)

Location: Remote

Experience : 8+ years

Key Responsibilities:-

- Perform discovery and assessment of the client’s current OpenText VIM landscape (on-prem).

- Document current system design, invoice processing workflows, and integrations with SAP (FI/MM/SD modules).

- Recommend the best-fit cloud deployment strategy (OpenText Cloud Edition, OT2, or public cloud).

- Define migration roadmap for VIM, including process optimization, configuration alignment, and data migration.

- Advise on invoice automation, OCR, and AI/ML enhancements available in cloud editions.

- Collaborate with SAP and OpenText teams to ensure smooth integration in the target landscape.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) implementations and upgrades.

- Strong expertise in VIM with SAP (FI/MM integration, Business Center, ICC, OCR, etc.).

- Hands-on experience with OpenText VIM cloud or migration projects.

- Knowledge of invoice capture, workflow automation, and exception handling processes.

- Good understanding of OpenText Cloud Editions, OT2, or SAP S/4HANA integrations.

- Experience in discovery workshops, assessments, and roadmap creation.
