Role - MS D 365 CRM Consultant
Expereince - 3-6 yrs
Location - Noida
Job Type - Permanent
Responsibilities
• Provide L2 production support for Microsoft D365 CE (Customer Service)
• Troubleshoot CRM issues related to case management, SLAs, routing & security roles
• Perform RCA and coordinate resolution with internal teams & Microsoft support
• Maintain users, permissions, queues, and system configurations
• Support version update testing and readiness
• Create/maintain documentation, SOPs and user guidance
• Assist in training and functional support for CRM users
• Work with the business to log and track change requests where needed
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Customer Service module
• Hands-on with user management, configurations, data troubleshooting
• Ability to analyze issues, validate fixes, and communicate clearly
• Experience in SLA management and ticket handling processes
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to work independently onsite with business teams
