Senior SAP Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large-scale SAP implementation, transformation, rollout, and S/4HANA programs from initiation to successful delivery.
- Drive program governance, project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication across multiple work streams.
- Collaborate with business leaders, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to achieve program goals.
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level reporting to senior management and key stakeholders.
