Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solution design and architecture for global HR transformation projects.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable EC solutions aligned with HR best practices.
• Drive configuration, implementation, integration, and deployment activities across SuccessFactors modules.
• Provide architectural guidance on EC data models, workflows, business rules, role-based permissions, and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
