SAP SuccessFactors EC Testing Consultant

Experience: 6+ Years

Employment Type: Freelance/Contract

Work Location: Remote 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test strategies, test cases, and test scripts for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Validate EC configurations, workflows, business rules, and integrations to ensure quality delivery.
• Identify, track, and manage defects while coordinating with implementation teams for resolution.
• Prepare test reports, documentation, and quality assurance sign-offs.
